: Great location for exploring Barcelona, beautiful interiors, super helpful staff & we loved relaxing on the rooftop pool
: Nothing, we would definitely stay again. The only slight comment is that we wish the bar was open slightly longer in the evening as we were looking forward to rooftop drinks after being out for the evening but the bar had closed at 11.30pm (maybe we’re just party animals!), however the gentleman behind the desk pointed us in the direction of a bar just across the street which was open later.

: Very modern hotel nice interior design we stayed in their suite which also got a nice interior design
: Don’t get me wrong we liked the property sadly the suite we are staying on the first floor facing the street is a little noisy can hear everything from people talking on the road traffic and banging noises . I have to use ear plugs as I’m a very light sleeper. Then there’s the problem with the AC which they said they fixed it but actually not really . Have to wake up in the middle of the night cause the room went a bit hot have to open the sliding door to get some AC from the lounge area ( our daughter sleeping on the sofa bed ) and bed side plug was never fixed as well so I have to plug my Apple Watch and phone on the table so have to walk to check on time . Reception was helpful to assist us but sadly until we left ( stayed for 5 nights ) the problems in our room wasn’t resolved. As the hotel got only 2 suites the price our suite wasn’t cheap but that’s ok we don’t mind paying for it but somehow we were hoping they could fix the AC as it was pretty hot ! As I booked the room without breakfast they offered our breakfast for free ( for one time ) cause of the room problems and not having good sleep breakfast is another issue but I don’t need to elaborate as staffs at breakfast was just superb ! As I said earlier we loved the hotel just a little bit of a miss at their suite room 103 .
