  : We booked the apartment STAY Fira. Location: While the apartment is not near to any of the key landmarks, there is a bus stop and a metro station quite nearby. Hence it was very easy to travel around the city. In addition, there is a big supermarket, a bakery and a few cafes nearby. Some good restaurants are also there at a few 100 metres (including an Indian restaurant - named Out of India - delicious food!). Facilities: The property is quite high tech. No keys required. You need to download an application on your smartphone. Using the app you can access the building, your room and even the parking. The apartment had everything required for a short or a long stay. Dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, hobs, cleaning material, cloth stand, etc. Ours was on the 1st floor and had a big terrace, the others on higher floors had balconies. Parking: There is a multi level paid parking in the basement of the building - entrance to the parking is right next to main door. It is also possible to park on the streets but might be a bit difficult to find a spot - given that it is a residential area. There was no reception in the building but the person who coordinated our stay was quite responsive on WhatsApp.
  : Just for information of other travellers: The lift from the basement parking (-1) requires a key to operate. So in order to take the luggage up, one has to go to the ground floor using the stairs and then take the lift down to the basement (-1). Advice for the property: My credit card was charged in 4 separate transactions, which was a slight inconvenience, like a mosquito bite maybe. I would advise the property to issue a bill automatically with breakdown of charges and try to charge the card in one transaction.

  : Location was good. Flat is clean and cleaning services was satisfactory. Well equipped. Staff was responsive on WhatsApp.
  : Kettle was old and not working properly. Toilet flusher was dripping water. Bath room was fine and clean but can be improved. One tea cup was missing. No small cups for coffee despite having coffee maker. No staff at the location and office is about 30 mins away by walk.
