  : We got to our room late after being out for a meal, we were located on the top floor. we noticed that there was quite a loud vibration type noise from above the toilet area and was very noticeable throughout the whole room.We didn't get much sleep, the sliding toilet door was also making a noise with the vibration, we could only assume the noise was coming from an air-conditioning motor located on the roof above, we turned out air conditioning off but this didn't stop the noise.After going to breakfast in the morning and the noise and vibration still in the room, we went to guest services and explained how we hardly got any sleep because of this noise, the just said the would let maintenance know.I said this was not acceptable and wanted someone to come and look at my complaint, I was very tired and very annoyed.The staff member then said ok he we send someone straight up, we went back to the room and waited for an hour and nobody came.We then took our luggage, gave our room cards back and left.We have stayed in many hotels all around the world, and this was the worst night's sleep out of all of them, we chose a high end hotel to almost guarantee a good nights sleep.In this case we were let down badly.
