  : Jose Luis met us at the property. He was able to accommodate our early arrival and give us tons of insider tips. The property looked just as its shown in the pictures and is situated in the back of the building away from the noisy street. The apartment is updated but you still get the charm of an older Catalonian building (one if the reasons I chose this place). The patio was a big plus and is quite large. The location is outstanding. Very safe, close enough to walk and get your steps in or jump on 1 of 2 Very near metro stops. We'd definitely stay here again!
  : The bedroom shares a wall with the staircase and was a little noisier than we'd like, but we made due. As said earlier, we'd stay here again.

  : The location of the apartment was excellent. Everything was close by and central. If you are visiting Barcelona for the first time, this apartment is definitely recommended. The host was VERY welcoming and very likeable. He also recommended a lot of tips, locations and restaurants, which was not necessary (we really appreciated it). There were only two of us and the apartment was quite large for that. The ceilings are very high, which made the apartment seem even bigger, which we really liked. Also, one of the coolest highlights of the apartment is the large balcony.
  : As we traveled in winter, it was of course a bit colder outside and we noticed that this apartment was also cold. We had a small radiator in the bedroom - but it didn't help much... However, there were enough blankets to snuggle up with :). Another point is the noise from outside that we can hear in the apartment. Be it the neighbors or the construction site from the street... The walls are not so soundproof.
