  : Location was the only positive aspect of this unit. Do not stay here as it is overly priced and the apartment lacks basic necessity and when you reach out for help, they are reluctant.
  : Poor instruction on every level. They ask for exact time of arrival even though it is self check-in. Kitchen lacks basic things needed for cooking so there was no point of booking accommodations with kitchen. Laundry machine is beat up and difficult to use and no instruction is provided and no detergent is provided so you'll have to purchase your own. We were group of 3 but one friend had medical emergency and sadly could not join but since having 2 or 3 made no difference on price if apartment, we didn't notify the owner. We were then charged extra 11 for city tax for 3rd person even though we checked for only 2 people. We also made the mistake of leaving the city tax in cash as we had to do that in all of our previous places but the owner said that's our mistake and would not refund additional 11 so in total, we were charged extra 22. This place is overly priced and totally not worth the stay.

  : Location is excellent. Many sites were in walking distance or a short cab ride. There is excellent public transportation, but none of our sites were on the bus route.
  : Needs some minor repairs and an exterminator.

  : The location was great; very near to the Gothic Quarter and the La Rambla. It was nice to have a well-stocked kitchen and the extra 1/2 bathroom was great as well. The balcony was perfect for the evenings.
  : The contactless check-in was convenient, but the other side of that is that we weren't able to communicate with a person while we were there for little things like getting an extra key and toilet paper when it ran out. There was only one laundry detergent packet. We ended up purchasing those items ourselves, but it would have been nice to know how to request them.

  : Great location, just 150m to La Rambla and another 150m to Liceu metro station. Little elevator helped us get our bags to the 5th floor. 2 air conditioning units (living room and bedroom) worked well. Apartment had all the basics including coffee pod machine and washing machine with drying rack. Quiet in the bedroom, away from street noise. Made friends with the tiny gecko who hung out near the bathroom.
  : Located on a narrow one way street with city garbage hoppers directly in front of the building entrance. Tiny bedroom only fit a standard double bed, which was pressed up against one wall. Bathroom was tiny, and doorframe and vanity showed signs of past water damage - chipped and warped. Shower doors didnt meet in the middle so careful use of handheld shower was required to avoid a flood on the bathroom floor. Top floor apartment had tiny floor level windows on street side which let in street noise but no light. Bedroom and living room had doors opening onto rooftop courtyard with ladder to roof could be a nice bonus space with the addition of some furniture, shade and lighting. Had trouble with the automated check in machine which wouldnt scan our passports and had to manually enter all info, which took a bit of time.

  : A very spacious apartment, with modern decor throughout. Rooms quite basic but really good value for money so cant complain. The location was excellent, within walking distance or public transport to the majority of things. Travelling in a group of young women we all agreed the area felt very safe both day and night. There was a supermarket directly opposite which was very convenient as the apartment had fridge/freezer which was perfect for drinks and food! Our terrace area on the ground floor didnt get any sun but the shade was appreciated and the space was huge! Would definitely recommend and stay again.
  : It did get a little noisy during the night but that was perhaps down to other guests. Nothing a pair of earplugs couldnt solve though.
