  : The location is very good as it is within walking distance from main shopping street. Bed is also very comfortable and the hotel has a terrace on top floor that gives a superb 360 view of the city.

  : Nice view towards Montjuc and neighborhoods towards sea-front. Good breakfast buffet with wide selection to choose from. Ham, salami and other cold cuts of good quality. Location may be subject to devisive opinions: on the plus-side is that El Raval neighborhood is less touristy than other other parts of old town in Barcelona with a good selection of restaurants and bars including some old modernista gems. 360 view rooftop bar.
  : Room windows are not soundproof and my sleep was disturbed by various street sounds and partying people. Bed was somewhat hard and not so comfy. Room has no good chair and only very small desk surface making it less suitable for business travellers that need to work on their laptops for some hours. Complimentary drinking water on the room was only provided day of arrival. Other hotels in Barcelona in this price-range have provided it all days which seems to be the obvious thing when tap water is not recommended for drinking and will improve guest experience and comfort at close to zero cost. Shower and sink is separated from bed area only by transparent glass wall and mirror making it difficult to use without waking up your travelling company that may want to go to bed early or enjoy a sleep-in. Location may be subject to devisive opinions: on the minus-side is that the hotel is in the middle of the seediest area of El Raval neighborhood with many homeless people and drug addicts making it an unsafe place to walk around in when darkness sets in and perhaps also at day-time. Make sure you do not expose valuables and avoid the darkest alleys. Location in the middle of Raval also means hotel is not conveniently located when arriving or departing with luggage by public transportation. Liceu metro station is some 12-15 minutes walking distance away but will require change of connections to/from airport. 360 view rooftop bar might become too much of a drinking den and not suitable environment if travelling with children.

  : Barcel Raval Hotel in Barcelona offers guests an intriguing experience in the heart of a cosmopolitan neighborhood, which, although attractive, is not perceived as the safest. Guests can expect a warm welcome upon arrival, which is a good start to the stay.Culinary experiences at the hotel begin with decent breakfasts featuring Spanish accents, however, the lack of information about the possibility of ordering additional meals from the kitchen may be a slight oversight. The communal spaces of the hotel are interestingly designed, which may evoke mixed feelings but definitely adds character to the place.A special attraction is the rooftop bar on the 11th floor, offering a panoramic view of Barcelona. Its the perfect spot to enjoy a drink and admire the city from above.The hotel rooms are modern and well-equipped, with most necessary amenities such as a hair dryer and clothes steamer, though the absence of some items, like facial tissues, might be noticeable.
  : Unfortunately, the major weakness of the Barcel Raval is the cleaning service. Inadequate cleaning quality and the need to repeatedly request room cleaning can significantly affect the comfort of the stay. Moreover, the lack of basic service, such as providing water or toilet paper without asking, is definitely below expectations.

  : I was happy with the way the last manager of Barcelo Raval and with Booking.com and Barcelo Raval. We were robbed hence we wanted to move hotels. The person I spoke with on Booking.com said he would see what he could do for a refund (although my booking was no refund). The lady manager of Barcelo Raval bookmined us in Occidental Diagonal 44 and did not charge us anymore. Used our payment for Barcelo Raval instead. ould be no charges.
  : The hotel was good. Its location though is not safe for now.
