  : The unit was bright and had there not been a sewage smell, the ventilation would have been great.
  : There was a very heavy sewage smell coming fromt he pipes. The property agent advised that the problem had started approximately two months ago. So, they knew about it. It was episodic and unpredictable but when it started - it was awful. Could not open the door to the patio not use the patio - a key reason for selecting this unit. At one point, the smell was very bad in the area of the downstairs bedroom and we coul dnto go to that part of the apartment.While everything was new, the paper supplies were very scarce, (had to purchase toilet paper) kitchen supplies not very sufficient.
