  : The apartment was very good. A large space, with a lot of place to cook and watch TV. The location was great, just five minutes walk from the metro and near restaurants and stores. The owners was very nice, answered to everything we asked, and even helped us find another apartment near by because we wanted to stay one more night in the area. I recommend to everyone who's looking for apartment to stay in Barcelona.

  : The location was great and that's about all I can say on the positive side. I did like that the room was pretty quiet and he had an iron and ironing board available.
  : Richard was helpful and responsive when we first arrived, but quickly became unavailable throughout our stay. We had a situation with the washer where our clothes got stuck inside and he wouldn't get back to us. The pictures of the place way oversell it. Bed is iffy (mattress hangs over the bedframe) and uncomfortable, then there's the shower where the entire glass panel on the side swings out (which it definitely should not do) and the shower head sprays water out the sides. The AC unit is underpowered for square footage. Anyway, not awful - we certainly enjoyed Barcelona - but there are so many basic things that could be fixed to vastly improve the experience.
