  : no breakfast included but coffeee machine was provided which was good, well laid out kitchen. There was a lift which was good as apartment up 2 floors. Walk in wardrobe was good and we all used it. one sink and toilet and a full sized bathroom off the main bedroom which was pretty good. Plenty of supermarkets around so you could buy in any extra provisions, it was a nice area.
  : some local information, ie map of area. struggled to use tv. could turn the volume down, there was a towel holder which had been removed in the main bathroom and was left in there, it displayed some exposed wire, Some of the flooring inside needed repairing. Also one loose tile on landing outside of apartment.

  : When I booked the accomodation I wasn't informed that I have to pay a deposit of 350 . Either that the apartment keys are not handed but activated in remote. That is information neccesary when booking

  : The inside of the apartment was very clean and it was close to places to eat and to grocery stores.
  : The front door to the apartment used an electric locking mechanism that you could unlock the front door from an app. However, the door would not close all the way and the app could not lock or unlock the door. We got locked in and had to call the help desk to unlock the door. We ended up using the keys that were provided when we checked in because the door did not have a handle to pull the door closed so the app could lock it. We also figured out how to manually unlock the door from the inside. I recommend putting directions on how to unlock the door from the inside in the apartment guide.

  : terrible service! we stood at the door for half a day because the smart home system hung / was broken. as we later heard from the neighbors, there were already many such problems with the door of the guests who came to us. in fact, the first day of rest in Barcelona was lost through a faulty door. We were able to get to the apartment only after long conversations and correspondence with the management, who sent the usual key by taxi. this lost day was not compensated in any way, so I do not recommend these apartments in any case, if you do not want to spoil your vacation in Barcelona.
