  : lovely Villa, the location was good for us as we were at a dance festival at a near by hotel. The beach is only a 10 min walk and there are 2 larger supermarkets nearby
  : The booking said on site reception so we were expecting to pick up the keys at the property - especially as we'd been asked for an arrival time. But on arrival no one was there- we had to call the office and then get taxis to and from the office some distance away. We had to return the keys to the office on departure although we were able on this occasion to arrange an extra drop off with our transfer company. This cost us an extra 30 Euros and wasnt great when you arrive tired. Had we at least known we could have pre arranged to pick the keys up on route. Plus holidays said this was an error on Booking.com so im not sure at what point communication went wrong.

  : great location, so close to the beach and facilities. the pool was a lovely place to relax. clean and in good condition. safe, off road parking for three cars.
  : spare pillows would have been good. an external key safe or a third set of keys would also have been handy.

  : We stayed here on a big family holiday, 8 adults and 3 children. We had a fantastic stay, it was only a five minute walk to the start of the prom, beach and many restaurants. Rooms were basic but we were comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed and the living room was large with plenty of space for everyone to sit around with a fairly large balcony to the front. The pool was big and really nice. It was gated and on a raised level away from the other outdoor space which made it very safe for children. We loved our trip and would return in the future. Excellent value for money.
  : Just some small things - there were no waste paper bins in any of the bedrooms and no mirror in many of the rooms. There was no full length mirror anywhere in the property. The sofas are old and could do with updating. We had to return the keys to the office which was a 45 minute walk from the property after we checked out, a lock box at the property would have been convenient.

  : Very spacious, very clean, well equipped kitchen, good location 5 minutes walk to supermarket, 10minutes walk to beach, bars and restaurants, staff efficient
  : Sofas a little tired, shower head fitting broken in one en suite was a bit of a pain having to go to another bathroom. Collection and drop off of keys to office in the town a nuisance as its 10minnute drive from Villa.

  : Good quiet location close to beach, restaurants and supermarket. Nice villa, comfy beds.
  : Collection and return of keys a nightmare. Arrived just after 1 pm to get recorded message from Plus holidays in Spanish. Had to drag 12 large suitcases down to nearest bar. Got waitress to translate message which said closed for siesta till 5 pm. Were not advised of this and Plus Holidays were advised of our arrival around 1 pm. Then had to get taxi to office and return. Then drag cases back up street to villa. Villa for 12 but only 6 sunloungers! No safe anywhere in villa so be careful with valuables. No can opener in villa remember to take your own or hunt in Chinese shop for one. Only 11 dining chairs in dining room for 12 people. On leaving villa everyone had to wait outside villa whilst I returned keys in taxi and came back to villa to be collected by transfer bus. Plus holidays need to rethink their key situation.

  : we are very familiar with the Calpe location as our family have been coming here for many years. This villa is close to where we used to stay. It is therefore very near all the facilities we are used to - which is very important as we are bringing the next generation of young grandchildren with us - they particularly loved the pool !
  : The beds take a bit of getting used to - and the kitchen is a bit tight if ( like us ) you are constantly cooking for 10.

  : Loved the pool, great dining / living area with balcony. Large bedrooms downstairs, plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen had everything that was needed. 5 min walk to beach and 2 min walk to supermarket. 2 min walk to the tourist train to bring you to the port or old town.
  : In the pictures it appeared to be that the pool / bbq area was all one large area. BBQ area was away from the pool and there was no tables up at pool

  : The pool area was great! Lots of space inside and a lot of the bedrooms had en suites.
  : We had to ask for a new umbrella because it was snapped. We asked for 2 as there is 2 shown in the photographs but they would only deliver one. The lock on the front door was reported as faulty but nothing was done about it during our stay.
