  : Amazing location, literally 10-15 mins walk to La Fossa Beach and a five min walk to some beautiful coves. So near restaurants, also very near the little train stop that takes you into the town. 10 mins walk to nearest supermarket so convenient. We didnt have a car so this was really the best location for everything we wanted. Property - very clean, bed was comfy, aircon downstairs worked well but sadly not in two of the bedrooms. The pool was amazing and perfect size. Also loved the bbq area and we had a lovely bbq there on one of the evenings. It felt very private despite being near other houses.All in all, excellent villa and value for money. We had a great stay and was perfect size for 11 of us for a week.
  : 1. There was very loud construction next door building a new villa which we werent told about - this meant Monday - Friday of our stay, a lot of the day was extremely noisy and not relaxing.2. Outdated appliances - hob downstairs didnt work well, gas kept going out. We also werent supplied with lighters that worked which meant having to go buy some. We also had a few power cuts but luckily they resolved themselves.3. The pool has no shallow end and is very deep. Not an issue for us as we are all adults who can swim, but may be an issue for those with children.4. Mosquitos! Appreciate this is an issue everywhere but there was a strange pond next to the pool which was full of mosquito larvae.
