  : Clean flat, towels and extra bedding provided plus a bottle of wine!
  : No aircon in the flat only 2 room fans, so had to open windows and it gets noisy. The bathroom needs to be fitted with a shower curtain or bigger glass door as it gets very flooded.

  : The apartment was very clean on arrival. The area around the apartment is great. The beach is close by and lots of restaurants and a great promenade along side the sea. There is a supermarket close by as well as public parking right across the road from the apartment building entrance. We were warmly welcomed with a nice bottle of Moscat when we picked up the key.
  : There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms but the apartment is hot on hot days. You have no option but to open up the windows to get the sea breeze and this certainly helps. The street outside is very noisy. Lots of deliveries happening in the early morning and people talking and shouting through the night. Sleeping can be a challenge. The bathroom shower recess has some fine cracks in it. I am not sure if this is the cause of the water that leaks but it is impossible to have a normal shower without the floor getting very wet. I showered to wet myself down and then switched off the tap, soaped up and put shampoo in the hair and then later washed it all off. In this way it was managable. When we picked up the apartment key we parked outside in the street alongside the offices. We were 10 minutes only but when I got back I had a parking ticket for 20 euros. Welcome to Calpe.
