  : The position of the property.
  : Having to walk in the pouring rain to Plushholidays office to collect the keys and also had to return them very early on the morning of our departure. No information or guidance on refuse disposal. No TV channels or News programmes, in Spanish or in English. The provision of some household items such as dish washer tablets or washing up detergent.

  : The view is nice and the location is great but many things in the apartment were broken or dirty. The Plus Holiday's office is not open all day and it is extremely difficult to park close to it especially if you have your valuables in the car, or if you dont want a parking fine. That is really difficult if you have just arrived from the airport and the weather is very hot.
  : Very dirty apartment the cleaners were useless and the kitchen was dirty. The glasses, cutlery, plates and utensils were all dirty. There was hair and dirt in the drawers and the rest were all broken. The sofa was disgusting and covered with stains, there was even food underneath the cushions. The internet is broken just 2mb download PLUS HOLIDAYS CHARGED MONEY TO MY CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND WITHOUT INFORMING ME. THE CHARGES ARE UNJUSTIFIED AND I AM RECLAIMING FROM THE BANK. THEY CHARGED ME FOR REMOVING THE BOXES FROM THE PRODUCTS THEY GAVE ME TO REPLACE THE BROKEN ONES THAT WERE THERE. I PRESUME THEY HAVE KEPT MY CARD DETAILS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND I SEE NOW FROM THE OTHER REVIEWS THEY HAVE KEPT OTHER PEOPLES DEPOSITS FOR NO REASON!!! IN RESPONSE TO PLUS HOLIDAYS FOLLOW UP FEEDBACK, I HAD TO TO THE OFFICE NOT ONCE, TWICE BUT THREE TIMES. THERE WERE TWENTY THINGS WRONG WITH THE APARTMENT BUT I GOT TIRED OF KEEP HAVING TO GO. THE EXCESS GARBAGE THAT THEY CLAIM WAS THEIR GARBAGE THE BOXES FROM ALL THE REPLACEMENT APPLIANCES THEY HAD TO SUPPLY BUT I NEED TO TAKE THAT GARBAGE FOR THEM TO THE BIN AS THEY WOULDNT? THERE WAS ALREADY A CUPBOARD FULL OF THINGS, I ASKED THEM FOR EVIDENCE THE APARTMENT WAS CLEAR WHEN WE ARRIVED BUT THEY COULDNT PROVIDE IT. I HAVE EMAILED THEM POINTING OUT THAT THE GARBAGE WAS NOT OURS BUT THEY IGNORE ME. WHAT THEY DO CONFIRM IS IT IS THE RENTER WHO MUST REPORT ALL OF THE PROBLEMS TO THEM BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CHECK ANYTHING THEMSELVES. SO I NEED TO DO THEIR WORK FOR THEM WHEN I SHOULD BE ON HOLIDAY? DO I WANT CLEANERS IN THE MOMENT I ARRIVE BECAUSE THEY DIDNT CLEAN IT? I HAD THE MAINTENANCE MAN ENTER WHEN WE WERE OUT TO BRING SOME OF THE REPLACEMENT APPLIANCES. NEVERTHELESS THEY CONTRADICT THEMSELVES WHEN THEY SAY IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM WHY DIDNT YOU CONTACT US? WELL I DID MANY TIMES BUT THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME ONCE AS THE GARBAGE ISNT OURS AND THE KEYS COULD BE IN THE DRAWER BUT THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME AT ALL!!!!

  : The location was perfect, minutes from the quiet end of the beach and lots of places to eat but still on a quiet street. The air conditioning worked a treat. Plenty of space for clothes. Very clean.
  : The washing up bowl was very battered and too big for the sink. A hospitality pack would have been nice, a washing up scourer and more toilet roll. There was a settee and a chair but the chair was really uncomfortable. These are very minor and wouldnt put me off staying there again.
