  : La Higuera house location is great, only 10 minutes walking distance from the beach La Fossa, 5 minutes from a big supermarket. The area is quiet although some of the houses around are also for rental and therefore, young groups may make days and nights noisy. A call to the local police may be required during nighttime!
  : On the negative side, the house was not cleaned at all. Drawer handles in the kitchen were sticky, you could count fingers in the panel of the fridge, the floor of the entire house was not swept nor mopped. The dust had accumulated behind the doors and under the beds. The bedboard was also full of dust in every bed. There is a poster in the house informing that garbage has to be taking out to the street containers, otherwise, a fee of 50 euros will be charged. In our case, there were two full garbage bags next to the entrance of the house. No comments about the barbecue. We didn't dare to touch it. We made a complaint the moment we entered the house. Abahana Villas agency proposed to send us someone to clean but they could not confirm when this would be. The reality is that 6 days later, they brought us some cleaning products. Obviously, we had already bought ourselves the cleaning products, including a mop, a broom, a bucket and cloths on the arrival day. Very disappointing to pay almost 200 euros (at 20€/h - 8 hours cleaning!!!) for a cleaning that did not happen. Starting the vacation having to rush to buy cleaning stuff and dedicating the first hours doing a deep cleaning wasn´t the way I imagined my family vacations. Additionally, do not count on teleworking. The Wifi network is extremely slow. It does not even allow to back up mobile phone pictures. I am from Spain, I have booked quite a number of houses in my country before but I had never had such a horrible experience in terms of cleaning.
