  : + good location + appartment is large + sea view
  : - music from other hotels (nearby) is very loud on some days was playing till 11 pm, sometimes 1 am... - there is no air condition (but fireplace!), during our stay were storms, so the temperature was OK ...if you like heat and dancing every night, why not...

  : The view from the property was amazing, providing a great view of the bay. At the same time it is still only a 5-10 min walk to the beach, supermarkets and all other amenities.
  : For the majority of the stay there we absolutely no issues at all. However one night in particular there was a lot of noise to be heard from the apartment next door. Its hard to tell if this was due to excessive noise on their part of the walls being thin, as it was the only night during our stay we had neighbours staying next door

  : Super elevated position overlooking the marina and cove/beach. Quite a climb back up from beach so not great if you have mobility problems. The property has its own parking which is important as Cala Galdana is very popular and parking is difficult during holiday season.
  : The lack of air conditioning. Not too bad during our stay as we had excellent weather and low humidity.

  : Wonderfull View over Cala Galdana. The host (Oriol) is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is modest and could use a bit of an update but I believe it is adequate for the price you pay, given it's location. Apartment size was suitable for our family of four (2 adults + 2 children). Everything was really clean and the pool was very good. Close enough to the beach (although it is a steep hill, you can either go through a staircase or wald around through the road).
  : Bathroom could use a bit of an update (maybe changing the old tub with a shower) as well as the kitchen area (chairs were a bit unstable, there was no frying pan to do some eggs...).
