  : The best location in Bilbao, new apartment, beautifully designed, door codes worked unexpectedly well. Parking booked in advance was a bit far, but doable. Best value during a festive weekend, to stay with 4 in the center of Bilbao.
  : Before the stay, I was contacted apparently by the owners to pay for the stay in bitcoin. As I didn't trust this, I replied to the message, after which they replied I didn't have to and that they had been hacked. Not sure if Booking or the apartments' owners had been hacked, but it tainted the experience. No location to stop and offload before parking, sofa bed not very comfortable.

  : Location was great for the Guggenheim and 'new town' - which was as expected. 'Old town' area about 20 mins walk along the riverside (but various bus and tram options too). If you wanted to spend most of your time in the 'old town' somewhere closer may be better though. Location also good for the airport bus - less than five minutes walk for the bus stops in both directions. Bars, shops and supermarkets also a short walk way - one mini-market is literally next door (but that seemed to have odd opening hours).
  : There was a lot of noise in the apartment - not traffic noise from the street, although busy the window the front was good at keeping it quiet. But noise from the corridor, other apartments and the gym next door was quite loud and annoying. My apartment was the first one by the stairs so everyone had to walk past it. That combined with the bedroom area being right by the front door meant a LOT of noise, especially in the night/early morning with arrivals/departures.A few other (minor!) points:1. The kitchen area was rudimentary (once I found it!), but fine for a short stay - maybe not if staying longer and wanting to prepare more complex meals though. This is probably a British thing, but there were no 'proper' coffee cups/mugs, just small espresso cups. Needed four of them to have a decent cup of Nescafe instant!2. Some kind of 'info pack' with details of the apartment would have been useful (either printed folder or on the website maybe). For example, I only found the washing machine by accident and it wasn't immediately clear where the kitchen was!3. This is clearly noted inside and out, but the lift is probably the slowest in the world. And there aren't that many stairs either! So my advice, unless you have lots of luggage, or can't manage a modest flight of stairs, don't use the lift.4. The automatic lights in the corridor/staircase/lobby area could do with tweaking so they come on quicker. As there are no windows in the upstairs common areas, it is pitch black and the staircase could be dangerous. The lights do come on after a few seconds, but would be better if they came on quicker. Possibly this was more of an issue for me as my apartment door was closest to the stairs, so the most likely one to take a tumble in the dark.Sorry - looks like a lot of issues there, but they were all minor!

  : very clean and comfortable, has everything you need, check in process is very easy, location is perfect
  : no window in the bedroom but thats ok

  : Great location, very close to the center and has all the facilities, comfy, nice views
  : It was a bit confusing managing the parking, the received instructions were not exactly clear and we had to write the host to clarify.
