  : Beach club was nice, food good, reception services were great
  : Entertainment was just poor. Good for a age range between 5 and 8, but its quite poor for adults amd teens. Aiden is the only entertainer who can make activities become fun to everyone. When Aiden is not around is just poor. Girls cant really be so lively. People at the pool bar were quite rude. Try talking to them in English even though you understand spanish and just listen their comments! Awful!

  : Good basic, hotel for families with younger children. Good food quality in the main buffet. Nice pool area with astro turf. Regular shuttle bus to the beach club.
  : Very limited bar and restaurant facilities. No access to the actual beach without a 20-30 minute walk. Environmentally friendly paper cups that go soggy in about 5 minutes!

  : Beach club but get there early as beds are limited. Food was much better there and more varied than in the hotel
  : For such a large hotel the food options were very limited. Hotel located in the middle of nowhere. Expensive taxi trips to nearest towns. Bus to beach club but no bus between any of the hotels after 6 if you want to see evening entertainment. Staff very friendly and helpful with the exception of one male reception staff who we found to be extremely rude and unhelpful on the occasions we had to deal with him. Booked an 8 day stay and left for a different hotel after day 3 which turned out to be a great decision.

  : That we booked inside pool for my father in law for an hour . He had enough with half an hour and his wife was not aloud to take his place for the last half hour.

  : They don't have close parking, have to go by foot some 5 minutes. a bit disappointing that no TV in bedroom (only on the sitting room)

  : Didnt like the photos advertised on hotel were not the hotel but part of the complex ! The reason I booked hotel was plenty to do around pool for kids but that was a hotel at bottom of hill but outdoors facilities closed. ( small print, the last sentence in the last page states closed on 31 October) But as photos showed big indoor pool I thought be ok even if weather bad BUT this was EXTRA CHARGE AT 15 per person FOR 1 HOUR ONLY we were 2 adults and 2 kids 6 & 4 yrs old !!!!!!! We paid once but even indoor pool was too cold to enjoy and kids played in the hot tub. NOTHING AROUND, NO SHOPS BARS OR RESTAURANTS. Had to eat indoors every meal unless at snack bar but not good Hotel shop expensive but too far out to go elsewhere LUCKY ONLY THERE 3 DAYS

  : Clean, spacspacious, staff are good. Hotel is one of 3 large hotels in a complex, each with there own themes and pools. The holiday club /beach area is separate, available to all at extra cost, as is health spa area/indoor pool. You can avail of entertainment of each hotel. It is a perfect setting for a good family holiday for anyone with young children or young teenagers. Without children I would not pick this hotel.
  : Hotel is a five min walk to bus stop. The walk is less than 5 mins to the complex entrance, some people may find the hill steep but A small bus operates every 10 mins from the hotel to bottom of the hill (entrance of the complex).public bus stop beside entrance. Public Buses not reliable to the timetable displayed, which says they operate every 1/2 hr, not always the case. Its a good hr + to walk to either Torrmelinoss town centre or Fuengirola town centre. No shops, restaurants or bars close walking distance to the hotel itself. If you like to have alternative eating, you will require a taxi, public bus or a good walk.
