  : Unfortunately couldn't get a booking to use the spa as was geared for kids during the day. It rained pretty much through the stay so everyone was inside which prob meant it was busier than in good weather. Pleasant hotel. Great buffet food.

  : It is a big property with a great pool and big restaurant.
  : This hotel need maintenance and upgrade. It feels old, the doors are not closing well and there is wind passing.They dont clean too well the room and it feels like you stay in dirt.We did not used the kitchen because there is almost nothing inside.

  : The staff were friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. The resort is so beautiful and really spacious. The pool is a decent size. The spa facilities are brilliant. It's nice to have a shop on site, as well as an arcade, multiple bars, laundry service, bowling alley, and softplay. The rooms are a very decent size and cleaned daily. Shuttle buses come every 10 minutes that drop you off to the front gate so you can walk down to the beach or the town.
  : The absolute biggest negative is the food. The food is pretty much inedible. I'm not a fussy eater, I will eat pretty much anything if it isn't tied down, and when I say I barely ate anything they served in the buffet, you can trust me that it wasn't because I was being picky. Most of the food was bland, undercooked, cold, soggy, and just joyless. My 3 year old daughter only ate biscuits the entire time we stayed here, and that girl is a bigger eater than I am. The drinks were just as bad; all the cocktails are premade and taste like dog water, and the other drinks served were all cheap knockoffs of more popular brands. They even ran out of both coke and lemonade on the pump, how can this be allowed to happen?? Running out of one is fine, but to run out of both for 2 days on the trot is insane. The resort is too big for it's own good, it tries to do too much and the produce suffers as a result. We were so excited to stay here, but in the end we checked out early and stayed at a different resort. In regards to the food, it's bad because of the cheap products they use, not because of the chefs. I know this for a fact because my partner had a special dinner prepared for her due to a complaint and that dinner was exceptional; the ingredients were clearly far superior to the drab they serve at the buffet. It's such a shame, because the actual resort is incredible, but sadly it's just style over substance tenfold.

  : Wd had booked it as all-inclusive. We had to rent rubes for children to use the water slide, 17 Euros per day. It was ridiculous.It was no inside swimming pool. Actually, it was one as part of the spa, however, with additional cost!No large water slide or something more interesting for the teenagers.

  : Hotel complex was huge but situated in calm and quiet area near Benalmadena. There was all you need for a nice vacation. If you pay just for breakfast and room, you will get what you payd for - nice clean room, wide selection food and one main pool outside. Other pools and water activities that are in the pictures are in beach club witch is for extra fee and you have to take local shuttle bus to go there. There is nice sea view but actually sea is not that near because there is a railway between. By foot its 20min walk. We took buffet dinner as well and the selection was ok. There was plenty of space for everyone but it was low season too. You have to pay extra for drinks besides water. Pool water was freezing cold outside end of april and if you want to use indoor pool, you have to buy pool hat to cover your hair. Did not see any beach towels available so you have to have your own. There was some enterntainment available at night. In one nightclub room there was really great band but the atmosfere was horrible. No stage or party lights. Only band on the floor and some chairs in the middle of room for people. There were different bars/lounges and games room where you could enjoy pool game, bowling and other games for small extra fee (1 pool game was 2). Over all experience was ok but our ecpectations were a bit higher based on the pictures. Most of them just show the options you get for extra money and some are included to all inclusive pacage. There is no clear info about what you will get here or not and the stuff did not inform us as well when we arrived so it was a bit confusing.
