  : The room was large and very clean. Bed comfortable - extra blanket for a chilly night. Shower and bathroom facilities very clean. Room cleaned daily. Staff very helpful. Location great - away from the main road but central enough and two supermarkets very close by.
  : The pool was not open - full of algea - nowhere did it state the pool wouldn't be open. It was cleaned while we were there but not filled with water........

  : The hotel is situated within a 5 minute walk of the town with its bars and shops, the beach with many more bars and restaurants is just another couple of minutes further on. The evening receptionist spoke good English and was very helpful.
  : Apparently Matalascaas is known for mosquitoes. The hotel kindly gave us a plug in repellent for the room and the local pharmacy sold us a spray repellent. However we were both bitten every day and could not open the Windows or sit on the terrace and had to move a chair from the garden so we could sit in the room. The TV only received local channels and reception was sporadic. Hot water in the shower took a long time to heat up. Access to the pool and sun bed area was not available when we stayed (April).

  : This is is very comfortable hotel. It is very much an oasis in this purpose built resort. The rooms were good. The gardens were beautiful and very well maintained. The pool an asset. The staff were fantastic; kind and very helpful.

  : Location is great. Very near the town center and the beach. Clean room and comfortable. Cool pool.
  : Very difficult to park in the town (not hotel fault, but during the weekend parking near by can be a challenge)

  : This hotel is in a brilliant location, less than 10 minutes away from the beach. The hotel is wonderful, and is very beautiful! The hotel recommends and provides tickets for local sightseeing which we purchased the horse ride around the National Doana Park which was absolutely breathtaking!

  : Great location, close to beach. Easy to get to El Roco and Doana park. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the cafeteria good value. We had a standard upstairs room which only has a tiny balcony, but it was good enough for us as we were out most of the time. We booked the Doana excursion through the hotel and it was very good.
  : Bathroom fittings a bit dated and tired. We visited in May and the resort was very quiet, the only downside to this was that lots of restaurants were closed.
