  : The breakfast was a let down. We were told breakfast was served from 7.30 a.m.. When we arrived at 7.30 a.m. nothing was ready and the member of staff who carried out the service walked in with her coat on having just arrived. She was hassled. Tea bags had run out. We requested an omelette which was on the menu. She made scrambled eggs with chunks of hard cheese which did mot melt. Yuck! Having complained, tea was available the following day. The next few days we had a guy serving. He made a basic oily omelette but we had to ask him daily for salt, pepper etc. One day the toast was part burnt. He got tea for me and didn't even ask my sister so we had to ask him again. Very poor service for breakfast. These people are not chefs hence why they offer continental breakfast. The boiled eggs were cold as they were from the fridge, so pre boiled not on the day of serving.
