Traveller Type: Solo Traveler
  : Good, basic room. Huge closets. The towels are extremely nice and big! Nice toiletries. Very nice reception staff. Perfect location, right off the promenade and right in the main shopping area. Few minutes walk/drive to main bus station. I would stay there again :-)
  : The shower was kind of dangerous, the shower head was on the middle of the wall in a bath tub, but nothing to hold on to, to get in or out of the tub, it was easy to loose balance and fall. There was a very bad smell that came in when you had the bathroom window open, so I kept it closed. There was a radiator in the room (not in use) in front of the bed, that was rusty, and horribly dirty, paint peeled off, and that ugliness ruined the aesthetic of the room. I was surprised, because a little paint could fix it. My second night (Saturday night) was a hen party in the next room (early though in the evening...but still, not fun for guests...) and ladies in costume making a lot of noise on the corridor and all over the floor, which made me feel uncomfortable.

  : The reception staff were lovely and helpful.
  : The rooms have no soundproofing and you could hear everything from the next door rooms. We heard them coughing, being sick in the toilet and arguing!! There is also only 2 plugs in the whole room and one is in the bathroom above the sink. I had to straighten my hair above the sink, which isnt very safe. No plugs near a mirror.

  : The cleanliness of the room, the facilities in the bedroom and bathroom were poor and outdated and did not reflect the images online, therefore were not value for money
