  : perfect location, beach, restaurants, bars, city centre all in easy walking distance, apartment spotlessly clean
  : some noise but that's unavoidable in the city centre, the hot water seemed to be rationed in some way, after a few minutes in the shower it went from hot to lukewarm, i mentioned it to reception but nothing changed. The alley the building opens onto has a constant running stream of effluent from the restaurant kitchen on the ground floor.

  : The appartament is in the busy street center, with all restaurants, bars and museums. All famous restaurants nearby (michelin guide one's). Beach is only 5min walk away.
  : To start with there was a sign in Spanish that it is not allowed to drive in that street, only for service transport. So we got fined. They should tell this in booking info that before collecting the keys you should park the car somewhere. The other thing which is not really theirs fault is that in some of the rooms guest were smoking, so they used the strong parfume to hide the smell, but it was even worse. We were lucky that we got our room replaced. Air condition is quite old and noisy. And the last, it is impossible to find a short time parking, just to take the luggage and kids out, had to stop in disabled place or behind garbage containers, which got me a fine, just for few min. The nearest parking is like 15-20min away for an adult, it would take ages with children and luggage.

  : The water only stayed hot for a few seconds so it was impossible to have a bath or shower unless you want to wash with freezing cold water. Also there were 2 plugs for the bath but one was too big and one was too small which made them both useless. Great for one night but wouldn't recommend for a longer stay due to not having access to reliable hot water. I have travelled all over South Spain but this was the only apartment/hotel I've stayed at where the water wasn't suitable to drink. It didn't taste right and there were small, hard white bits in the water coming from the taps... This could be due to the pipes

  : The to and fro to fetch the key, thankfully I didn't have to take it back

  : Excellent apartment, once I found it, thank goodness for maps. Picked up keys from nearby hotel. Minimalist. Very clean. Towels and bed changed every 4 days. Everything that need to cook a meal and there was toastie machine which was very handy. Very quiet at night in spite of location. Location ideal for beach, restaurants and shops. I was travelling alone and felt completely safe.
  : The only thing that I didnt like was that that both windows looked out to another building and could see nothing and I had to look up to see if sun shining. It felt a bit like being in a box but this did not spoil my stay at all as was only in apartment to sleep. Only found Spanish TV programmes. Again not major problem.

  : the location is quite good, close to everything, shops and restaurants nearby; the apartment is well equipped; nice bathroom; the elevator and staircase are very nice, renovated; a good place for people who go to bed late
  : difficult to find the entrance to the building; restaurants open until late in front of the window - noise prevents sleep; intense smells from the restaurants

  : I really liked this apartment. It is clearly just set up for being rented out to tourists, which is fine and also meant it had some amenities like two coffee capsules and a 'welcome bag' with salt, pepper, oil & vinegar. I did really like this service. Spotless clean in every room, easy check in via a hotel close by where you pick up the keys. From then you just open the outside door with a code and the flat with a key. For check out you just leave the keys in the flat. Washing possible on the roof where there is a washing maschine for usage. LOcation is superb - right in the area of lots of restaurants, walking distance to Harbour & beach. WiFi also worked perfectly.
  : Only one tiny thing: The batch tub has a bit of rust on the outside that will need fixing soon.
