  : + Main Pool was nice. an important remark is that the pool security guy/girl leaves at 18:00 P.M. but the pool doesn't actually close. You can still swim from 18:00 till 20:00 P.M. we always went after 18:00 because the sun was so scorching hot it was unbearable to swim during the day. The Pool guy/girl hangs up the sign at the entrance of the pool making it look like it's closed but you can just step over the wires (the reception desk also says swimming after 18:00 P.M. is at your own risk). Personally i think it's dangerous to hang the blockade wires in front of the entrance because people can trip over it. + Bang for your buck (we had a big apartment with a nice sea view which was nice) + Close to supermarket so you can get water, shampoo etc + Location is not that bad if you walk from the hotel to Costa Adeje restaurants etc i think it's like a 15 minute walk (yes the hill is steep but it's doable) but if you want to go outside Costa Adeje you definitely need a car (I think most people will rent a car anyways if you plan to go to Volcano Teide) + Balcony view + One day we had a free cat pet :-D not sure where he came from but he came into our apartment (wearing a necklace named Coolio or something? He was white/black i think) well just beware that sometimes you might or might not get a visit of this friendly cat ;-)
  : - Loud neighbours sometimes. one evening there was a couple arguing very loudly and you can hear people chattering and buzzing outside. The hall ways are also very noisy when someone walks you can hear them clearly (it's even worse if they have suitcases) - Even though it wasn't that much of a problem still...an island like Tenerife and No Air conditioning leaves you pretty much with open doors only. it was unbearable at first but then we openend both Balcony doors let it cool down a bit...then it was okay. so in my opinion i think it was okay without airconditioning...we slept 5 nights like that and it was fine (with the balcony doors open). I think AC is still something I would expect as a standard thing for a hotel. - only soap bars and no shampoo, showering gel (luckily there was a supermarket close by) - no dishwasher soaps (also have to buy them yourselves) - Couch looked a bit dirty...could use a good cleaning to be honest - Brown towels :-( they do feel clean but I would have preferred white ones - it was a bit unclear when cleaners come in our apartment? I have never seen one and usually they clean when we were out...one time we left at 11:00 A.M and returned to the apartment around 16:00 and saw that the apartment has been cleaned. so my guess is that they only clean them after 12:00 P.M.
