  : Good location right next to the beach and bars, walking distance to the bus station. Room was spacious and clean. All staff members were welcoming and helpful. The food was great and had a large choice (maybe would have liked one or two more vegetarian options for dinner, it was a lot of meat and fish mains). Nice pool and good selection of evening musical entertainment. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

  : Breakfast was really good there was an excellent selection to choose from. The pool area is very pleasant and spotlessly clean. The staff are great and nothing is too much trouble.
  : Our room was in a part of the hotel that was not served by the lift and this made it very difficult for my disabled husband and also for me . The other main problem was we had to step into the bath to use the shower and there wasnt a rail or anything to hold onto. . It was quite scary .

  : Booking .com arranged before I went to have a pool side view with terrace upgrade free of charge as didnt want a basement appartment no views but on arrival at 11pm had basement room had to wait till Wednesday to be moved and had to pay which had email of booking .com to say move was free of charge

  : 2nd stay in this hotel, 20-27 May 2023. My wife and I like the atmosphere, as the hotel is smallish, and sort of tucked away between larger stuff. The hotel is a little older, but very well-maintained. The medium size swimming pool is clean, deep enough for adults, but also has a shallow section for kids, and is surrounded by new, very good sunbeds, in a well-maintained garden-like setting. There is some towel laying going on in the morning, but people doing this really show-up not long thereafter and it's not annoying. There are enough sunbeds. The pool area also has a bar and an eating area. We had a room at ground level with our little terras facing the pool. This proved to be an excellent location (not in the last place to get your ice cold beers from your own fridge - don't tell El Socorrista). The room we had was large enough (you don't want to be in your room, but out anyway), had AC, good beds (2 single beds, on wheels, so beware of the split!), and the bathroom is OK. The bed is made and towels are replaced every day, except on Sundays. The location of this gem is the best: it's ~75m walking down to the walking path towards Playa del Duque (north) or Playa de los Tarajales (south). Or you walk ~250m upwards to C.C. San Eugenio. 'Everything' is within walking distance. There is a mini supermarket ~100m walking up from the entrance of the hotel. Perfect to get your beers, water bottles, sunblock >100ml, everything! Last, but CERTAINLY not least, I want to mention the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel's personnel, which is exceptional. Only smiling faces!
  : The AC seems remotely controlled, which is fine. But it gives a beep when it switches on/off. It would be good if that beep could be or is disabled. Our room had a shower in the bathtub, which is OK. But a walk-in shower would have been nicer.

  : Very clean, quiet and good location
  : The food wasnt best quality, I wasnt keen on the food and in an evening there was no drinks included with the dinner not even water. When I asked for water I was told I needed to purchase it or they could boil some tap water for me! The dining experience was not the best.
