  : Staff were very friendly and the location brilliant for beach restaurants and relaxing
  : You could not get all types of beverages in each restaurant/bar . We would have liked an aperol spritz in the Italian restaurant and a gin and tonic in the mirador restaurant my other family members do not drink beer or wine so having the all inclusive / privileged package felt very limited.

  : Hotel and bar staff were all very friendly, facilities in the hotel were good. Evening entertainment was good. The location was excellent with plenty to see and do within walking distance, right on the beach as well. Was very quiet and relaxed due to it being adults only which is exactly what we were looking for. The choice of pools is great, the main pool and bar was a lovely place to relax in the afternoon after a busy day exploring Tenerife.
  : Booked half board only to be told on arrival that you need to wear long trousers and have to book for dinner every night, not ideal in 25 degrees.Hotel was nice however for the price we paid I was expecting the rooms to be a little more modern and nicer. Our room could do with a renovation, even some paint and touch ups would do. The bathroom was very worn and dated looking.

  : Good breakfast, quite big pool area
  : For a hotel of such qualification and price to ask deposit of 15 euros of each towel and pre pay anything in advance that I could order at a pool is rather ridiculous, you feel like a low rate guest. Even thoug parking was visibly half empty, I was told parking space is not available for me. The check in was tragicomic, clearly they were understaffed and uninterested, room key did not work 3 times, needed to hunt them for help, appears they checked me on a wrong name. Vitnessed similar problem for another guest who was given a key to a room someone already lives in

  : Booking indicated parking but when we arrived they told us it was full and we would need to look on the street. We also asked for twin rooms but they were made up as doubles.
