  : Location was good,10 mins walk from Central station and Tivoli Gardens. Liked the childrens playroom and kitchen facilities. Spacious room,fabulous views from 15th floor.
  : Overpriced. Dirty toilet. Bedding so thin I had to sleep in my jumper as was so cold. Worst pillows ever,have come home with a bad neck and back,slept so poorly for 3nights. Lifts not good enough.,one was out of order for 24hrs. Got stuck on 15th floor with toddler and pushchair-had to walk down 15flights of stairs!commented to receptionist staff me she was not interested or apologetic. Too many large groups of teenagers,reception was absolutely full one day,could hardly move-badly managed check in. Had to make own beds and carry own bedding and travel cot out to 15th floor along with baby and pushchair. No offers of help from staff. Not enough room in kitchen to sit down to eat some days as too full. Hardly any cups,glasses or cutlery to use as had gone missing. Same price as a hotel but definitely nowhere near good enough quality!! Quite noisy at night as people chose to sit in the corridors talking outside their rooms for some reason.

  : the staff are nice, and helpful the location is perfect for transport, food and to explore. The room they gave us was not the same I saw in the picture but nonetheless its big for the four of us
  : I hope in every family or group who check-in there should be at least a small kettle to use for hot water for coffee or tea.
