  : The description doesnt really reflect the reality. On top the heating didnt work and there was no one to contact hence spent the night in a cold room.

  : I asked specifically for air-conditioning. It was a warm night. It was totally useless and it was a sleep deprived night. It was definitely on but just powerless.

  : A small but really nice hotel, in the old part of the city of Volkach; most of the rooms look to a smaller side street, away from the noise of the main street. The staff (mother and daughter) are really friendly and helpfull; the breakfast buffet is great, lots of products, marmalades, etc made by the staff herself. On the main street, several restaurants and wine bars (Volkach is situated in a wine region of Germany) give you different choices of meal types and wines.
  : Two minor issues: 1. The elevator is quite slow, and comes to you only if you press the whole time of the button to call it. 2. The weather was sunny, all restaurants and wine bars do occupy the parking spots in the street with tables and chairs; On one hand, this is great for the atmosphere, on the other hand, there is a bit of a lack of available parking space near to the hotel; I must add there are several free large parking lots in a 5 minutes walk though.

  : Breakfast was great, staff was amazing. Unfortunately the a/c wasn't working so we had to cool the room by opening the windows, but it was very noisy with the windows open.
