  : We loved the room, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were very nice. It was well situated and an easy walk to the beach and shops/restaurants.
  : There was no English translation for us in any literature within the hotel. We are Australian and speak no German, so it was difficult. The television was completely German stations with no access to Netflix or other apps.

  : I booked and paid extra for a room with side seaview but there was no seaview from the room. The sideview was from the balcony but the balcony could not be used because of the bad weather. We should have been told that there was only a view from a balcony

  : The hotel was closed to the beach.
  : We have booked based on the picture which was presented to us in the booking site. The room looked big, with 3 windows, 2 balconies.. When we arrived, we saw that our room is completely different from what we have ordered, much smaller, only 1 window and 1 balcony. When we went down to clarify the misleading, the receptionist has said that the double-bed-with-seaview room has 2 variations. So it's based on luck which room we get. We have insisted that it's not fair to show us a picture of one big room and then say that it's not available already and give us a much simpler room. We have paid quite a big amount, 428 eu for 2 nights and only because we wanted to have a very nice room. But if we would have seen the pics of the simple/smaller room, we would have not booked in that hotel. Very bad experience, and of coarse will never book in that hotel again.
