  : When booking, it stated that cancellation was not possible. A month before arrival, I asked to cancel anyway due to illness. I understand that normally it cannot be done, but with Oktoberfest, they would easily rebook that room. I was also willing to pay costs. Also due to Oktoberfest, a double room was 1155/3 = 385 euros per night. Serious money indeed. I asked to cancel via Booking. That was refused. Afterward, I asked again via email, explained the situation, and received no answer. I understand what "no cancellation" means, but service to your guests also means being considerate. I brought it up a month in advance, so they had all the options. I also own a hotel, and of course, you still try to assist in situations like this. Very disappointing, and very much focused on money.

  : I had booked my stay over booking.com and I had the booking confirmation. When we reached the hotel, the staff there said there is no free rooms available eventhough I had the booking confirmation from booking.com and the staff was so unfriendly. I then had to book another hotel and it cost me so much because it was around 11 in the night. I dont know if its the fault from the hotel or from booking.comCompletely unsatisfied.

  : Great location 5 min walk from Oktoberfest. Very comfy beds, and an amazing breakfast in the main floor breakfast room, with balcony. Room had basic amenities but quaint.
  : Door handle was very awkward to use and quite loud. We could hear everyone opening and closing doors at all hours. The room is quite small and there was no room to unpack. I tried to call the desk for assistance and the phone did not have a working power cord.
