  : I like the special design of each room.
  : I traveled with my daughter and husband and we booked 2 rooms. Our rooms were on different floors. I wish our rooms were next to each other especially given the limited converter for charging devices. Maybe to make it more clear on the site for future customers? Our safari room was a bit too dark. My husband's room on the 2nd floor was much brighter and more modern design.

  : Breakfast was good - typical continental. Room was lovely, staff were very helpful - and having 'honesty' self-service fridges on each floor was really nice. And at sensible pricing, not inflated mini-bar prices was a bonus

  : Fantastic location right across Theresienwiese, solid breakfast and very chic interior
  : Very noisy and hot room. No AC installed, so we had to keep the windows open, which made us hear all the noise from the big streets outside. Not a great night of sleep!

  : The room was nicely designed (for a couple, not a family), with a nice patio. Front desk staff was lovely.
  : The room we booked was falsely marketed as having a “separate bedroom” and “mini bar”, it didn’t have either, and these were key selling features since we were travelling with our 8 month old. We also had issues with some of the staff, specifically the room service manager was incredibly rude and dealt with an issue very poorly. I advise management not have him engage with customers in the future, or have him undergo some serious training with the customer service employees (front desk staff was wonderful, Javier in particular). The room service manager was very confrontational and condescending when dealing with my husband and I, when we were upset that housekeeping knocked on our door three separate times and insisted on coming into the room, while our child was napping.

  : Friendly and helpful staff, nice decor. Located in a nice quiet area with great local restaurants.
  : A little bit of a walk into the city centre but perfect for anyone going to Octoberfest as it is just across the road. Bed was a little small.
