  : The breakfast was good. With a coffee machine it would be better.
  : After 30 min I could find the room in the hotel. Yes realy. 30 Min. Because my room was separate from other rooms with another door, which was not working. Every day I had a struggle with the door to open it. It wasn't important to the hotel staffs and nobody wanted to repair it. The towels they didn't change during 4 nights. The douche soap was empty. My room was besid to restaurant and every day after 5 am. I could not sleep because of the noise of staffs. Maybe others in other room were satisfied, but it was not good experience for me.

  : Horrible, never again.Firstly, the photos refer to only some of the rooms. The single room shown in the pictures is an entirely different bathroom. At least it's not dirty, but it doesn't look like it does in the photos.You see dirty clothes and bags of garbage all over the corridors. A disregardThe room is super hot and stuffy; worse, the window doesn't open. It was broken! I called at 10 p.m. to ask for help with the window, and the hotel had no staff after 7 p.m. Imagine if you had an accident or an emergency. Any decent businessman looks after the safety of his clients. If they want to avoid paying staff at night, they should at least keep the maintenance of the building up to date. In intense heat and with a CLOSED, BROKEN window, who sleeps? If a hotel isn't even good enough for you to sleep in, close it because that's the least you can expect from a HOTEL: to sleep at night. I decided to change hotels, obviously. The booking app gave me the option of receiving the unused room. When I checked out the next day, the staff said the booking rules didn't apply. Hello???? If you don't want to follow the booking rules, don't REGISTER YOUR HOTEL. I'm a Genius category three on booking, and I've never seen that. When I tried to have coffee, there were no bottles of coffee on any free table, no one in the kitchen, and nowhere to get coffee. I had to ask for coffee at the NEXT table for another guest. A system that doesn't work. Black coffee is the least you can expect at breakfast.Finally, after stressing me out, they complied with the booking rule and refunded me, but I'll never go through this again, and I wouldn't recommend it to ANYONE.

  : The room was clean, great city centre location and the breakfast was exceptional, such a huge selection of food which changed everyday
  : We booked a quadruple room, 2 singles and 1 double, but were given a family room 1 double and 1 small single bed. There is no human reception just a "key boy" machine to get your key on check in, so we had no choice but to accept it. The room was ok but the trams outside are very loud and run run all night, I wouldn't recommend a street view if you are a light sleeper.
