  : The availability of well equipped kitchen, bathrooms.
  : Location required to use two or three transfers with walking in a lonely neighborhood. There are two properties and initially I was guided to the wrong property and needed to make my own way to the right one. The property need to be called on local line to get the code to enter. Maker the code retrieval as part of booking itself. Wi-fi not accessible from my room.

  : We were working about 10km away but road link was excellent. The Guest House offered excellent value, located in a quiet residential area with plenty of on road parking.

  : The location is too far from train station and the management should increase their checking out time to 12pm is too poor for 10am checking out... most hotels and apartment even check out by 2pm. 10am checking out is non acceptable.

  : Neat and tidy place, with very comfortable beds and common kitchen with everything you need, including coffee machine. Situated in a very quiet residential area, you really have the feeling that you are far away from the hustle and bustle of city life and can relax and/or work in peace.
  : The property is quite far away from Karlsruhe city center, but there's nothing much the host can do about that and besides, there is a local transport that takes you straight to the S-Bahn which you need to take to the city center. Its schedule is basically on and off, but once you know its timetable it's quite straightforward to plan ahead and catch one. The only other issue for me was the shared bathroom - specifically the hairdryer. When I picked it up to use it, some debris (including some sort of bug) fell out of it into the sink. I'm not saying this is necessarily the host's fault, as this might've been from prior/some other guest/s, but it's something which needs to be taken care of somehow. Maybe choose your guests more carefully.
