  : Very close to the train station which is exellent as I stayed there only as a stopover one night (arrived late and left early) on my way to Italy. Clean hotel, small but good room. Everything you need for a short stay.
  : Nothing really; as it is close to the station and cheap, you cannot expect more. The area right around the Hamburg station is not nice, lots of bums, drug addicts etc, also the square right outside, so I would not stay at any hotel in that area if I was touristing Hamburg. As soon as you enter the hotel, it is nice and feels safe though.

  : Very close to the train station; a 3-minute walk. Very nice breakfast buffet in a spacious room. Several restaurants to choose from around the corner. City center within walking distance.
  : The street is a little noisy. Reception staff could have been more service minded; could have been nice to be greeted with a smile...

  : Excellent location, super easy to access from the train station. Very friendly staff who were quite helpful. Appreciated the included breakfast. Rooms well appointed.
  : Faint smell of cigarettes in the common areas, though thankfully not appreciable in the room itself.

  : Being near Hauptbahnhof, this was a good choice for one night stopover. The room was stylish but quite basic. The area near the hotel was not nice and could also be unsafe, due to drug users etc. There was also some traffic noise although the windows blocked most of it.
  : Due to Euro 2024, the price was high but in line with other (few) available hotels nearby.

  : No scrambled eggs for breakfast (I know, 3-star hotel), many strange people outside the hotel (no fault of the hotel).

  : nice room, good food,location not great homeless people 100 or so of them begging you everytime you went outside 24hrs a day! would not let you go in to your room until 3pm! but you have to be out by 12..got to hotel at 11 30am been travelling since 2am and were so tired asked if we could go to the room early and pay a bit more as so tired..didnt really answer when we asked just said one line which was thee check in is at 3...

  : The close Neighborhood - open drug use and drug selling. If you just move 200 meters in any direction from railway station everything is nice. This is the worst place in all Hamburg from this perspective. I felt safe but very uncomfortable. Not for children.
