  : The location was good. Single rooms affordable.
  : Please be careful about which groups you accommodate. In our floor there was a group of about 6 polish worker's.One of them harassed my girlfriend and she didn't felt save anymore.Also: The personal was "cleaning" the bathroom maybe once every 2 days with some paper towels and this could also be the reason why it was quite dirty there!

  : Great central location next to the station "Berliner Tor" and subway. Very friendly and helpful staff, we really felt welcome. Free luggage storage. Common kitchen facilities available. Cozy and bright room, which was very clean & functional.
  : For Hamburg, the price was OK, but for the size of the room (as broad as the bed of 1.4 meters width) and shared bathroom it was a bit over the top, but demand regulates supply. The walls are badly sound-proofed. The room was VERY clean but the common space upstairs a bit messy with collections of cleaning tools, dirty sheets, and deposit bottles in several corners.

  : only the accessibility of the location was not bad, otherwise the environment and atmosphere of the hostel was very bad
  : My experience at this hostel in Hamburg was utterly disappointing and far below any acceptable standard of accommodation. The sleeping arrangements were appalling; instead of a proper mattress, there was only a thin piece of foam placed on a wooden box. The pillows were merely folded blankets stuffed into pillowcases, which provided no comfort whatsoever. The hygiene and cleanliness of the hostel were equally disturbing. The bed sheets were visibly unclean, showing a yellowish tinge that suggested they hadn't been washed properly. The condition of the shared bathroom facilities was atrocious. Out of five toilets, only three were functional, and one was in such disrepair that it could only be used as a urinal. Shockingly, there was even fecal matter left unattended in one of the shower cabins. The state of the showers was unacceptable; they were too dark and filthy, creating an unwelcoming and unsanitary environment. These conditions are not only unsuitable for any guest but also raise significant health concerns. Furthermore, the atmosphere of the hostel felt unsettling and did not seem safe or well-regulated. This experience has been incredibly disheartening, and I strongly advise potential visitors to consider other accommodations in Hamburg to avoid the discomfort and poor conditions that I encountered.
