  : I've been in many German cities so I do have some experience, I really didn't like this hotel so I have to say the truth. 1. There was some renovation and a big mess outside the hotel but nobody informed me about that and I had to find the way to reach the entrance.2. I had one easy question: in the reception: how far is the airport? Answer was: I don't know

  : Bathroom was ok and the bed was nice
  : Cost-benefit really sucked here. This is basically a family B&B made to look like a hotel. I have nothing against B&B's but I don't usually stay on them because they have a lot of little rules, specially regarding hours. So I felt cheated. There was no information about the reception hours beforehand or I never would have booked this. AFTER it was booked and paid for... I was told reception closed at 6pm on weekdays and 3pm (!!!!!!) on weekends. This was an issue to say the least. Specially because one night our card key randomly stopped working. They only give you one for the room (not one per guest like most hotels), so I ran desperately to try and find someone because it was 6:03 and we couldn't get into our room. I caught a staff as they were closing up the reception. Had we stayed out for 20 minutes longer, I don't know what would have happened. We would have to find (and pay) a different hotel for the night, I guess?There were flies on the breakfast area, we changed tables twice and didn't escape them.The rooms were hot and right next to the train, which was loud and constant. Not to mention there is a loading company of some sort next door with plenty of trucks and tractors that start beeping at 7 am (you know the beeping they make when they go in reverse)There was so much construction around the area that we had to go around an extra block to get to the main road. We got this hotel cause it was supposed to be close to the train station, but we just gave up and used uber/taxi every day instead.I would never go to this place again, nor would I recommend it.

  : The construction site outside the hotel made finding the hotel a bit difficult, and also contributed to the noise from the outside in the morning.

  : The room was clean and super comfortable. The hotel is nice and the staff friendly. When looking at the map it looks like the hotel is very far from the center, but it was surprisingly fast to get there by subway.
