  : The location was great very close to the train station, the view of the 9th floor at the restaurant for the breakfast The waiter ( Greek ) from Lesvos island was exceptional and very polite
  : Wifi was not working properly by the end at allI had already pre pay the room and they charged the cc again for the accommodation spoke with the receptionist and it has been solved

  : Room cleanliness and housekeeping were excellent. Beds were comfortable. Maintenance team were quick and efficient to fix all the problems found in the room. Hotel facilities included a small but not too crowded indoor pool, ideal for a quick dip. Hotel's location is ideal for walking along the Outer Alster Lake, but about a 12 minute walk to the nearest S-Bahn station at HH HBF.
  : Rooms were dingy and low-ceilinged. The design of both room and bathroom were for show rather than comfort, e.g. bathtub looks nice but very difficult to get in and out of, the shower looks cool but floods the whole bathroom floor; in the bedroom, the beds are too low and close to the floor, making it difficult to get out of bed for elderly or stiff-limbed guests, while the lighting is too dim and very difficult to see to pack and unpack. Furthermore, our first hour in the room was spent asking for problems to be fixed: blown lightbulb to be replaced; telephones not functioning and needing to be replaced; fridge not working and needing to be replaced. Later we discovered the washbasin tap handle kept falling off, but didn't have the heart to call out the Maintenance team AGAIN, so we just lived with it and kept having to fix it back on. The obvious comment for all this is to express surprise that a hotel of this standard provided us with a room with so many problems; and disappointment at the poor design of the rooms and bathrooms.

  : only critic is room doors have no softeners or dampeners , very noisey when they are shut . in the am when occupants go in and out then cleaners go in and out rooms it is most audible and infact woke us every morning
