  : Good localization, quiet and animal friendly hotel.
  : We booked this hotel a little bit of last minute. It seemed good at first and there werent any bad comments as far as we saw. But it was quite a disappointment. We did an online check in and informed the hotel that we are going to come a little bit late (22.40pm), they said that it was okey and going to wait for us,but there werent anybody at the reception at this hour so we have called first to reach someone and wait outside when it was a bit cold with our luggage and our dog for 5-7 minutes for someone to get us in. Nobody came to clean the room during our stay (we have stayed there for 3 days), there was mold on the bathroom door (see the picture) Final drop was the staff who wake us up at 08.30 in the morning even though we hang the dont disturb sign at our door (because Im pregnant and I cant sleep well) to ask us to pay the hotel fee. (Our check out was not until 11 am).

  : Cleanliness is very poor, badly smell from the toilet, dust everywhere at the room. At the breakfast, the glasses i used to drink the juice had a very bad smell.Therefore i can say paying 200 Euros/night for this place is worthless

  : ** Horrible Experience** I had an extremely distressing experience at this place. The rooms were not that clean, the breakfast was fine but the staff who seemed nice at first gave me a very hard time. But these issues are nothing compared to the horrible experience of someone stealing my money. Upon returning to my room after a day out, I discovered that a significant amount of cash was missing from a very specific place in my suitcase, BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO SECURITY BOXES WHICH IS SUCH A BASIC AMENITY. I immediately reported the theft to the hotel management, hoping for a swift resolution. Unfortunately, the response I received was both inadequate and frustrating. The management initially seemed dismissive of my complaint, implying that I must have misplaced the money. To my surprise, I found out that there were no security cameras in the hallways or common areas, making it impossible to verify who might have entered my room. The lack of security measures and the hotel's apparent indifference to my situation left me feeling vulnerable and deeply disappointed. I understand that thefts can happen anywhere, but I expected a more professional and empathetic approach from them. In the end, the issue was never resolved, and I left the hotel not only out of pocket but also with a sense of betrayal. I would STRONGLY advise potential guests to reconsider staying here until the hotel addresses its security shortcomings and improves its customer service.
