  : The staff were not converse with english making it difficult to communicate. The location was far thus on sunday getting public transportation was an issue.

  : I arrived at 01.00 in the night. Chose this hotel as reception is open/ self check was said to be open 24/7. Self check in didn't work, so I didn't get my room, but had to find another one in the middle of the night and knowing I have to continue driving early in the morning. Hotel didn't return my payment, only told I can use it next time. I don't travel too often to Frankfurt region by car and definitely will not go close to this hotel never again. Always good experiences on Booking.com reservations, but not this time.

  : Having had a quiet and pleasant stay during my first visit, I returned to this hotel with certain expectations. However, my recent experience was mixed, to say the least. Here's a breakdown of my stay:1. Room Allocation: - Unlike the first time, where I was allocated a room in a quiet part of the hotel, this time I was placed right in the middle. The change in room location drastically impacted the tranquility of my stay.2. Bedding Arrangement in Superior Room: - I booked a superior room for two, but was surprised to find only one duvet provided. Although a second duvet was provided upon request, I believe double bedding should have been a standard provision for a room meant for two.3. Noise Disturbance: - My mornings were less than peaceful with the constant slamming of doors and loud stomping sounds from the floor above. The noise level was quite disturbing and unlike the quiet ambiance I experienced during my previous stay.4. Breakfast Service: - I arrived for breakfast at 9, but the staff seemed unable to replenish the buffet. Instead of addressing the buffet situation, they proceeded to split our table (despite the restaurant being fairly empty) as we were two people seated at a table for four. The breakfast spread itself was quite disappointing with limited options and didn't meet the expectations set during my previous visit.In conclusion, the inconsistencies in service and room allocation during this visit were quite noticeable. The peaceful and enjoyable stay I had the first time was unfortunately not replicated in this second visit.
