Good
Traveller Type: with friends
: Great location right in the city centre with only a 5-10 minute walk from the main train station.
: No air con and with it being just off the main shopping street made opening the windows at night unsuitable. Was very warm and a little uncomfortable at night.

: Excellent location a short walk from the central station and city centre. Fresh breakfast daily. Booked 2 rooms (for family), one of which was a great size with lots of room
: Unfortunately there are quite a lot of negatives. There is no lock on the bedroom door. The rooms are not cleaned properly daily because stains in the room/sink are still there the next day. I mentioned I booked 2 rooms (and one was a good size) however the other was very small, less than half the size of the first despite it being right next door and the receptionist saying the rooms are the same size. And about the reception, there is one receptionist who is so moody and unfriendly you feel you are making her day worse by talking to her. She is extremely unwelcoming.

: Comfy bed, modern room, windows on two sides, free safe, good shower, perfect location for our needs, close to the rail station, close to the centre.
: No tea and coffee making facilities. No aircon. Room would be very hot in the summer.
