  : Non-Functional Air Conditioning: The primary reason for choosing Radisson hotel was the promise of air conditioning, which unfortunately did not work. When turned on, the air conditioning unit made an excessively loud noise and failed to cool the room, resulting in an uncomfortable temperature of 27 degrees Celsius. Opening the windows was not an option due to the noise from football fans and a nearby nightclub, preventing us from sleeping well any night.Unsecured Room: Upon returning to the hotel, we discovered that our room door had been left open/unlocked for several hours after cleaning. This lapse in security is completely unacceptable.Subpar Breakfast: The advertised breakfast was one of the factors influencing our booking decision. However, the available options were limited to tea, sandwiches, and croissants, which is far below the standard expected from a hotel of this caliber.Television Issues: The television service was extremely unreliable, with broadcasts (including football matches) constantly cutting out after a few seconds of viewing.Intrusive Housekeeping: On two mornings, including our checkout day, the housekeeping staff entered our room at 9 AM, disturbing our privacy.Construction Noise: We were also disturbed by construction noise, specifically hammering, which began at 8 AM from the upper floors.Elevator Malfunction: The elevator did not go directly to the 5th floor. Instead, it stopped at the 4th floor, requiring us to use our key card again to reach the 5th floor, which was inconvenient.These issues significantly impacted our comfort and overall experience at the hotel. We chose Radisson RED Berlin Kudamm for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, but the numerous inconveniences we faced made it anything but that.

  : Small rooms , some construction , very strange elevator that stops on the 3rd floor for no reason. House keeping of the room was not good

  : Big TV not working, couldn’t watch the football match on the TV because the connection was always breaking ,Noise of air filter in bathroom is very loud,Shower : upper head sprayed water all over , Took ages for the water to get warm

  : We came back from the city and the housekeeping left the door open, with lights on they could have stole everything and bugs came into the room. Housekeeping did not speak german language

  : Some repair work was going on in the hotel, but it did not bother us too much.
