  : Bed was comfortable, shower was good, high ceilings in room made it feel spacious, free welcome drinks in room
  : I asked the staff 4 times for an iron and never received it. Very annoying as I had a conference one of the days I was there and had to wear a less than ideal un-straightened shirt.

  : They gave my room to someone else so I needed to find another hotel so I had a lot of stresss because of them on my arrival day I would recomand everyone to find another hotel because they will give your room to someone else if they have a lot of guests just to get more money

  : The room was big. Very beautiful hall with a garden. Free drinks in the room.
  : My wife and I checked into our room. We were met by the administrator, who did not specify that breakfast was paid, he simply announced the time. In the morning we found out that the cost of breakfast for 2 was 40 Euros.We were dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the room.1. My wife got in the shower and noticed that the shower door looked weird (huge stain) and then she got dirty in it - it was a door-sized stain of grease! Some kind of oil or something.There were also greasy hand marks in the room (on the front door and on the black armchair).2. We went downstairs and asked to clean our room, to which we were told that there was no one to clean it, cleaning would only be done the next day. And the administrator didnt even apologize for putting us in such a room.3. The cosmetic mirror in room 206 was broken.In this case, it is better to simply remove it and put it away from the shower.3. In the shower, only the shower on top works, but there is no hose with a nozzle, it is unscrewed and water flows from the tap. Is it really that expensive for a shower head?If you need to wash yourself, but not wet your hair, you wont be able to do it in this room.The next morning the administrator changed and the girl apologized. At our request, we were given a free breakfast as a compliment from the hotel. And at that moment we decided that we would not write a bad review.BUT!When we returned to the room in the afternoon after a walk, it was clear that they had cleaned it (they made the bed and replaced the towels), but no one washed the greasy door. Patna remained all over the room.That's why I'm writing this dissatisfied review.Because The cleaning service cannot help but see these spots, which means you have irresponsible cleaning staff!And after our personal request to clean the doors, the staff did not check the cleanliness of our room. This shows the attitude of the workers towards their clients.

  : We were in town for the marathon, choice was limited or expensive. We chose the hotel for its location as it was near to a metro/underground. The room was clean, good size beds, mini bar

  : Good location, nice building, big room, comfortable bed, good bathroom, good breakfast.
  : The paint on the wall in the bathroom is peeling, a little bit dirty in the corners.

  : It's great place and location very near to U station and around 800m from main S station and bus stop. Staff very very helpful. Our check in was 3 we came early still staff helped us to freshen up .very kind justure.

  : The only bonus was location and free drinks in a fridge (2 x water, 1 x coke, 1 x apple juice, 1 x beer). The lobby and conservatory/ breakfast area are quite pretty and gave us an impression this is a classy place. It was an illusion though. Very disappointing experice overall for 137 per night (we booked 4 nights). Judging by other guests' reviews, the hotel doesn't take any negative reviews into account.
  : As soon as we entered the room, which by the way wasn't ready for 3pm (even though we requested it in advance), we were very disappointed. It wasn't cleaned properly, the pillow covers were way too big for small, overused pillows. Some lights and sockets weren't working at all. The panel for controlling the lights was coming off the wall, clearly a hazard and unsafe to touch. The sink in a bathroom was leaking and was ignored by the cleaners. The shower was also leaking. The walls have seen better days and would do with a lick of paint. We had to ask for a remote control as it wasn't in the room. It seems to be a recurring situation from what we read on other reviews (unfortunately after the fact). The curtains were hanging off the rails and we were unable to close them properly. We requested an iron but our request was ignored. The reception is manned only from midday till evening. There is no phone in the room to contact anyone in case of emergency. The leavel of cleaning was poor and staff is clearly lacking customer service training. The place has so much potential but it seems to be mismanaged and neglected. The management should start listening to complaints and do something about it.
