  : Was a little nervous from reading some of the reviews regarding the bathroom and the third person not having their bed made etc. but thankfully this was not the case - the sofa bed was made on arrival. A cold bottle of water in the fridge on arrival was lovely after a day of travel. The room was spacious for the price. Plenty of hot water for showers. There was a small gap in the bathroom door as mentioned in reviews but we didn't find this to be a big deal. Reviews mentioned an airplane-like bathroom & toilet; the walls etc. were plastic but everything functioned perfectly - this was not an issue, especially for the price point.Lidl is just around the corner if you want to avoid paying for the hotel breakfast. Lots of e-scooters and rental bikes within a minute of the hotel. The underground train station was just around the corner as well. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Potzdamer Platz area. It's really well located while being far enough away from the Platz to be relatively quiet.We left the do not disturb sign on the door for our whole stay but friendly cleaning staff bumped into us as we left our room on one occasion and double checked we had everything we needed and made sure we didn't need any cleaning done in the room. Plenty of towels were provided for our stay. Outside temperatures were above 30 degrees Celcius for our stay so we were nervous about the poor air con mentioned in other reviews. While it wasn't very cool, the room temperature was manageable and we just left the windows open overnight and didn't have any trouble sleeping because of the heat.We were lucky to be on the ground floor so didn't experience any elevator delays as mentioned in other reviews but at many stages we did witness long queues for the elevators. We had a 3am check-out and the front desk was staffed at this time. Check in/check out was easy and hassle-free.I would definitely go back to this hotel if I was visiting Berlin again.
  : Not a huge issue but only two cups and two glasses were provided in the room. I knew we could ask for more if needed but if the room is being prepared for three guests then these should really be included automatically without guests having to go looking for them.Fridge wasn't very cold if you had more than a bottle or two in it. Sound-proofing in the rooms isn't great. Kids shouting in room next door woke us very early as there is a door connecting the rooms and this isn't very well insulated. It was also easy to hear other guests in the hallway but this wasn't too bad. While we managed the temperature by leaving the windows open at night due to weak air conditioning, this obviously meant there was plenty of noise outside that we could hear. We didn't have a room facing the street but frequent car alarms woke us sometimes.Overall, the positives far outweigh and negatives here!

  : Great location!! Comfortable and spacious room with a table, small fridge, and microwave. Separate shower and toilet was cool. Close to many attractions. Coffee shop and grocery store around the corner Transit (train and bus) nearby. Walking distance to the Berlin Mall. Also a nice terrace to sit and enjoy a drink outside and meet new people. Friendly and helpful staff.
  : The AC wasn't great so our room was warm throughout our stay. The fridge could also use some shelves, we found it a bit awkward to use.

  : Every day new towel n clean room. Very close to berlin hbf n other tourist places. Connectivity is excellent to all locations. There are lots of options for food nearby, especially Naina indian restaurant, perfect for indians n foreigners. Lidl in 100m distance. Room was comfortable. With electric kettle, free water bottle.
  : Only minor thing - room was booked for 4 ppl but only 2 cups, 2 chairs provided. But not a big deal.

  : The location is OK.
  : The world's most tight/smallest parking place..never take your decent-sized cars inside..and there are only 2 elevators/lifts, with so many rooms occupied, you might miss your train/flight if you wait to use the elevator...there is no service lift so all the staff plus the guests use the same light hence it's busy like hell...Toilets are so small like in airplanes, so be prepared.
