  : The hotel is centrally located and the personnel is very helpful. Generally, the level of cleanliness was good. The breakfast was also very good.
  : When we arrived at the hotel, the toilet door did not close easily, the phone was out of order and the TV in one of the two rooms of the apartment was malfunctioning. These, however, were minor issues.The main problem was the toilet leakage, urine from the toilet was leaking on the floor, resulting in an unhealthy floor and intense smell. We faced this in the night, coming back from our first tour in Berlin and after being exhausted.We came across this unhealthy leakage, informed the reception and the only person on shift asked us to pack our things ourselves, take our luggage to the new room, which was a downgrade to the one we paid for (it had only one room while our booking was for a two-room apartment). In addition, we prepared the sofa ourselves. The incident resulted in us going to sleep very late in the night, ruining our next day stay in Berlin (our stay was for only two days).At this point it is fair to mention we were offered fruit and apple juice the next day by the helpful personnel, as an apology for the mishap. Of course, being so tired, I spent half the day in the room and received the gift....During check out, we were supposed to see the Manager at 08:00 since we informed the reception that we needed to leave early to catch our flight. The gentleman arrived later than 08:00 and we could only meet for a few minutes.He was aggressive, stating he was informed about the incident and that we had no right to ask for a refund for the first night as, according to his remark, "You slept in the hotel, didn't you?". He also mentioned that he intended to leave booking.com decide but, later we received a reply for 150€ refund in total, out of 560€ for the 2 nights.We remain very disappointed by this behaviour, as our weekend in Berlin was basically ruined. The refund asked (280€) reflects the disturbing and exhausting weekend we faced. I can't help but wondering how one would feel if they received the same attitude in Greece...
