  : For sure, the price and location were the drivers to choose this property. The stuff endured my awful german and was friendly all the time. A couple of spiders that share our room with us make my son didn't afraid of it and became pets for him for the whole week.
  : - It seems the room I booked was the last one, but its location within the hotel buildings was not good. - I don't much care about it, but the room was cleaned every second day. - The pool was closed, most likely because of COVID-19.

  : Really friendly and helpful staff. A great breakfast with plenty of coffee. The location isn't too far from some of the bigger towns on the island. Wi-fi was good enough and we had an excellent meal in the restaurant one evening. The elevator was great instead of taking the stairs for our old dog.
  : Pillows. Maybe this's a local thing? Anyway, just ask for more.

  : Nothing, absolutely nothing."Germans only" local motel for local farmers. No english, not even a word. Couldn't answer basic guest questions when I for information about anything in the hotel..., horrible pillows- couldn't even have a nice nights sleep for the money I paid for.... and the staff had this very weird approach towards the customers who didn't speak their German. They couldn't even answer basic questions and it made you, as a guest, feel very weird and embarrassed and unwelcome. They shouldn't advertise their hotel on booking.com for international customers and invite customers to their hotel if they cannot provide information in English or in customers other languages and expect everyone to understand and read German. That's a discrimination against every other nation in the world. And if you don't care, then you don't run an international advertised Hotel. It was one weird experience I will never ever return back there again and do not recommend you to go there either unless you speak German. Oh and by the way, the shower handle was so old and broken and you couldn't even move it so I was up against the wall trying to get myself showered. And the decor is just awful I think they are stuck in 1960s.
  : I liked absolutely nothing. Almost no pillows or two horrible flat pillows that are little thicker than a bed sheet, that combined could NOT make one decent pillow so I didn't get my sleep, broken shower horrible decor and awfully weird staff, who spoke ONLY German. So what the rest of the world supposed to do when the international guests arrive?From the moment I walked in as a guest of this "hotel, paying 60 Euros for one night, I was met by "only German" speaking owners who couldn't even provide me any information the basic check-in information. They couldn't even handle two words in English. I don't understand why they run a hotel if you cannot receive their guests and answer simple questions such as the Wi-Fi information, breakfast hours, where is coffee...? They were staring at me like I was an alien and I came from a neighboring Sweden and I spoke clean English to them... none of them spoke English, not even a word. In 2022, in the heart of Germany I think if you're running a hotel you should be able to handle couple words in English and be able to receive your guests arriving from other countries with proper information. I thought it was complete discriminatory against any other Nation staying at this hotel unless they were local Germans. As far as I know not everyone in the world only speaks German if you don't speak English you don't run a hotel and advertise your hotel on booking.com to lure people in and ruin their nights for 60 Euros. Absolutely discriminatory and racist against other nations this is a local motel for local farmers who only speak German. Not a single person even young people at the hotel spoke two words in English not a word. Then how am I as a guest supposed to communicate and ask questions if I need assistance of staff? This is not a hotel it's a joke and it should be removed from booking.com as it lures people in.
