  : We stayed at this hotel for a night during our round trip on the island. The room was clean and had everything necessary. The bed is quite confortable and the breakfast was good with a lot of choices. The hotel is beautifully positioned at the top of a hill and nearby are the woods with different outdoor-activities available. Perfect for enjoying waks in the nature and at the same time being close to a city.
  : The interior of the hotel and the room was a bit well-worn. Not a real problem for us, but it makes the price of a room seem high in comparison to other accomodations on the island. Although the bed was quite confortable the pillows were not, as they were a bit thin/too soft. The TV in our room was weardy positioned, above the desk facing the window of the room, with no possibility to turn it in any other direction, which makes it unecessary because threre is no natural/confortable place to watch it from. The restaurant food was OK, but nothing more than that, unfortunately.

  : The restaurant food and the breakfast were delicious. The staff was friendly before and during the stay. The room was clean.
  : The room was extremely small and noisy, with a view on the restaurant bins. I sent two emails to the hotel after my stay and got no answer. I'm surprised, but my complaints were completely ignored. I wouldn't have said anything if the price of the hotel was cheaper. But for more than 120 euros per night, I expect more than a view on the garbage bins and little to no sleep. The room was supposed to be 19sqm and include a "working desk". No way this could have fit in the room. It looked noticeably more cramped than the Single room advertised Booking.com and on the hotel's website. The "landmark view" was in fact the backyard of the restaurant, including the garbage bins. I would have known, I would have rather spent the same price in another hotel to get an adequatly size bedroom and a reasonable view. I would not have complained if that was all. The main issue was the noise on the two nights, when the rooms are supposed to be "soundproofed". The first night, I was woken up by a truck that came to deliver goods to the restaurant at around 4:30 am. The truck was very noisy for a long time. I closed the windows but couldn't go back to sleep. The fact that the room is really warm didn't help. Some people were loudly talking in the restaurant or on the stairs next to the room and I could hear them very clearly. I thought that might be bad luck so didn't ask to change rooms. The second night, I was extremely tired after the night before. We closed the window to avoid being abruptly woken up by endless deliveries at the break of dawn. This didn't prevent me from being woken up by numerous hotel's patrons at around 2:30am. They were speaking very loudly in the stairs and I could hear speaking clearly through the thin walls. This didn't get any better when they went to their room and I could'nt find sleep before 4:30/5 am.

  : It was great place to stay being in Bergen Auf Rgen. Hotel is located in very quiet place surrounded by trees and green areas. Very good food in restaurant and also during breakfast. On top the stuff was very nice and helpful :)
