: Room was clean and newly renovated, nice aesthetics, close to everything.
: Key Code did not work upon arrival, came up with an error, had to ring and wait on hold for a long time to get someone to reset code, once the code worked it was extremely hard to open the door, funny door handle we have never seen before. Room was on 3rd floor which we knew about but had to walk up about 6 flights of stairs with heavy luggage to reach our room. It was a loft room which had no air conditioning which was fine so we had to leave window open to get air and being a Saturday night in Bamberg had very loud drunk people yelling in the Plaz below until about 4am in the morning.

Very Good

: Right in the centre of this beautiful town. Bright apartment, comfortable and well-equipped little kitchen.
: Code to apartment didnt work which -looking at other reviews- is quite a common problem. We eventually received a new one via WhatsApp but getting onto someone took a good 20 minutes and was very stressful when you have just arrived in a foreign town. Not a problem for us but quite a lot of steps to get to the apartment.A bit noisy at night from the street below.

Very Poor
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
  : View from room
: Getting access. 4 flights of stairs to get in room. Door to room was difficult to open. Very impersonal. Finding car park was impossible. Eventually found an underground car park miles from the apartment. Would never stay here again

: Great location and facilities in the apartment were good. Stayed 3 nights mid week and left at the start of the folk festival. May have been noisy at night as the place got really busy the day we left.
: Key code check in was a nightmare as per previous reviews. Took 2 telephone calls to sort out.

Good
Traveller Type: Solo Traveler
: The location is excellent, however the apartment is tiny
: It was quite a hassle to get in. The code didn't work and I had to call for support. Also, the site and communication about the access codes is particularly user-unfriendly!

: Location is great, in the center of Bamberg, near to all. But you can sleep over night and in the morning because it is queit
: It was not clean enough. Bathroom: It was big and nice but I recomended to put something on the floor. I almost fallen two time because one part is lower and same ceramics make strange optic illusion

Pleasant
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: Clean modern apartment right in the city centre. Good facilities.
: Getting the doorcode and then getting into the building and the apartment was difficult and stressful. Had to lug heavy suitcases up several flights of stairs. The public carpark was full when we first arrived , fortunately a spot became available but it was very expensive (40 for a night). I would not recommend this if you travel by car.

: Climbing the stairs like 5 floors. Very bad smell coming from bathroom.. it was unbearable

Good

: Being able to cook a meal.Could use a microwave and a small skillet.
: Online check in was a fail. First person I talked to was NOT very helpful, second person was.The electric doorknob needs to be a regular size knob or door bolt not the tiny round thing they have.Took five tries to enter property.
