: The room was huge and cheery like a Heidi fantasy. Overlooked the river and Rathaus. Absolutely picturesque. Restaurant food was wonderfully fresh and well cooked.
: They need to buy new towels. Curtains were gingham and dawn was at 4:30 am! Wi fi very poor.

  : only the location
: There were no one in reception when I wanted to check in at 14:00 pm I waited for too long and there were some staff walking around and when I asked them they just ignored me and walked away so rude and finally after waiting for so long a lady came to the reception and when I asked her she just answered " well I am here "in a rude way and didn't even apologies. Just asked me about my name and handed me the key and no she didn't give me any information like what hotels usually do or a welcome at least. The vibes in the hotel were too negative and they didn't make you feel welcomed at the hotel at all its liked they are forced to have people in , or they just hate their job. When I get the room the windows were wide open , and the hotel is next to a river so there were flys all over the room and Insekts. the furniture were very old and very small Tv . and it's described that there is a river view but that wasn't true , at the night it was very noisy outside my window so it wasn't that comfortable to sleep , not worth the money at all from the room to the rude staff especially the old lady.

: The location is good. The hotel is not
: The employee's are unfriendly, even rude. They look annoyed from working there and make the guests feel unwelcome and unwanted. We were happy to only stay one night and leave as quickly as possible. The hotel itself isn't great but fine. They probably have problems finding good staff. Especially an older blond lady was super rude to me and my girlfriend. During breakfast she was so annoyed that we choose to sit inside instead of outside. She really did her best to let us know she hated us for that. I feel sad for the owner of the hotel. He probably has no idea how his guests are being treated by the unprofessional staff he is paying.

: Great location. Very centre. Side view on old Rathaus. Nearby underground public parking 18EUR/day, but I paid 14EUR as I did not stay 24h). We dropped lugage at the hotel first. Good wifi and TV. Breakfast included.
: No airco ... on a very hot august day. Noisy surrounding even if the noise of the flowing and cascading water helped a bit. The hotel restaurant closed at 21h30 so no dessert or ice cream anymore - no big deal ... Hair drier switched off after a few minutes - overheated - ... no big deal. We were annoyed by the many many bees in the morning so it was a challenge to have breakfast. Very strange: we had lots of spiders on the ceiling ...
