  : Upon checking in the lady was extremely unfriendly and was unable to check us in so i ended up having to do it online. She told me that she didn't have time to fix the misspelling of it names-i had to book a second room. The men who were helping at the front desk were all super helpful and easy going but the last on Thursday evening and the lady Saturday evening to Sunday morning was also unfriendly and every interaction with her felt like if done something to upset her. In the morning on Sunday i came to the lobby to meet my daughter and the lady at the checkout immediately sternly told me that i was not allowed to enter the cage-i was headed to the lobby anyways because i knew breakfast was later. Once i okayed with her where i could sit she kept on aggressively telling me where i couldn't sit- really a bummer as i was wanting to have a nice send off with my daughter. We've stayed at this hotel before but will not stay here again- the staff is rude and was so the last time as well... except for a few of the male employees. Also, the house keeping staff makes a ton of noise, allowing the doors to slam loudly constantly- we stayed in due to the heavy readings but we're kind of forced out by their commotion around 0800. The needs were super comfortabel and it was a good location.

  : Good breakfast, nice en efficient staff.
  : I have stayed in this hotel many times since the parking is convenient and the area was quiet. Unfortunately, these days there are many loud people in front and behind the hotel who make noise the whole night, so it is no longer possible to sleep at an open window.

  : Room was new , clean and comfortable . Need to walk about ten mins from the station but alls good . Few stops to marienplatz. Only thing that there was suddenly a fire alarm that delayed our time :(
