: Dreadfull experience. No aircon working in the room 30 degrees outside. Reception said that no other rooms were available. Asked for refund and check out. Booked another hotel for one night saying to the hotel they had to the day after to get the aircon working or a new room. While doing that I noticed that rooms were available online - strange. When I checked out another receptionist asked why I checked out. I explained and he said they have rooms on the 4 star part of the hotel and that I had been put in a 3 star part of the premises. He couldnt explain why there are 3 and 4 stars and why they put us in “3 stars” when I booked the hotel as 4 stars. They said their manager would call me early the next day but never did. They did not repond to emails or communication vis booking.com. Crazy. Left with 2 days payment for nothing

: The room was clean and had a proper AC. The location was very close to the Hbf and shopping but the neighborhood felt a little dodgy.
