  : Clean, quiet apartment in the very center of Brno. Air conditioning worked great. Allowed us to drop off our luggage early.
  : 4 flights of stairs might be a challenge for some visitors. Tough to make a 10AM checkout when restaurants nearby start serving breakfast at 9AM.

  : Apartment is beautiful and it is located in the city center
  : We could not even stop next to the apartment for like 5 minutes to pack out the luggage. This was not mentioned anywhere. When we arrived to the apartment a service man was preparing the bathroom. He left it dirty and when I mentioned it to the owner they did not offer any cleaning service. He used silicone for preparing the bathroom and had a very disturbing smell for the whole night. One of the apartment was advertised with fully equipped kitchen however there was no table and chairs to sit at to eat. In addition we had ants in the bed

  : Perfect location, beautiful views from the 4th floor of historical building, lots of options to eat around and entertain yourself. Overall, a reasonable price for city center. The room was quiet, although overlooking a busy square and trams passing by.
  : We booked a room for three people, but it was ready for two only, so we had to contact owners to find linen, etc. And it had spots, and the towel was old and torn. Self check-in was also a bit tricky, although details were sent in advance, but we couldn't find the main entrance (and met other guests later on, who had the same problem), so when entering b/w atlants take the very first door right, next to cafe windows, don't go into the yard any further.

  : The location is on the upper floor. It's not easy to go up and down. No lift. Carry the luggage is a hard idea.One bad is in very close to the entrance door.One TV was broken. "Kitchen" means one small refrigerator in the wardrobe. No drink water. No air freshener in the toilet. Too late check-in from 15.00 Too early check-out at 10.00
